Objective

  1. No one goes back untreated just because he has no money to pay.
  2. Cure from illness & prevention of diseases get equal importance.
  3. In house treatment & out-reach activities go side by side.
  4. Provide qualified & skilled manpower to medical fraternity.
  5. Educate &Enable local youth to get job or self-employed in health care.
  6. Take bar services to more remote area.
  7. Bring advance & hi-tech services from higher centers.
  8. Avoid duplication of services.
  9. Associate with likeminded organization.

Strategy to start, modify, expand, or close any project

  1. Public Utility

There should be local need and it should be useful for the mass and not for a class.

  1. Technical feasibility

Skilled manpower should be easily available. Equipment and technology should be locally available and also be user friendly.

  1. Financial Viability

Project should be financial viable either by charging affordable cost and may if there are any loss it should be easily met through cross subsidy or voluntary donations.

If government grant, fund from foundation or charitable organization or sponsorship from corporate (CSR) is available for any particular program then that service can be provided either free or at highly subsidized cost.
