Qualified and trained nurses and paramedics are backbone of quality medical care.India has a critical need for nurses due to a growing and aging population, a significant gap in the nurse-to-patient ratio compared to the WHO standard, and an overburdened workforce. To meet the WHO's recommended ratio, India needs approximately 4.3 million more nurses.
On the other end unemployment in rural areas is very high. It leads to poverty, migration and many socio economical issues
These factors motivated us to focus on nursing and paramedical education. We started certificate course for medical laboratory technician and now we are imparting training in six government recognized courses. We plan to develop a separate education campus in near future.More than 2500 students have completed their education in nursing and para medical education.
